![]() "In a Sense, Health System Means Human Resources" All health professionals must incline into the health system with all their strengths until a system that meets the expectations of the majority of society will be established in our country. The points to be set and changed have been defined correctly. But the level of agreement between parties about the form of modification and innovation is low. In a sense, it is natural because some sectors that are content with the present situation of the system will not be willing to agree to lose their advantageous positions by reason of the new system. It is very important to discriminate the rejections and the parts who bring forward the true that they believe technically as a reality.
If systems will be established it will be by the hands of men and carried out by men. When we say that our human resources are composed of genial and satisfied person who observe to satisfy others whom they serve, we can also pronounce that the system is corrected.
